All products sold by PadelNuestro.com are subjected to extensive quality control before they come into your hands. It is our wish that you shop again at PADELNUESTRO.COM and share your experience with your friends.

For this reason, we offer you a RETURN GUARANTEE up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your order, during which we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt and material testing.

The items must be new and unused. All returns must be approved in advance. Once the items have been checked, we will refund the full amount. If the return processing has been accepted, the purchase amount will be booked or transferred to the order you have executed with the account known to us.

Transport and delivery • Shipping to Sweden : Shipping for orders over 100 euros is free, provided payment is made by bank transfer, by last name or by credit card. For orders of less than 100 euros, the shipping costs are 9.95 euros (including VAT). If you want, you can also choose the air delivery option, which has an extra cost of 17 € (This option is not possible for balls box). When ordering ball boxes, there is a surcharge of € 9.95 per box. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 days. For more information, our customer service is at your disposal to calculate the shipping costs of your order (in terms of weight, destination and volume).
